Provincial Nominee Business Immigration Programs
The provincial Nominee Business Immigration programs targets experienced business owners who wish to establish or purchase an existing business in Canada. Applicants must demonstrate their ability to create jobs for Canadians and contribute to the country’s economy. The program requires applicants to have a minimum net worth and invest at least CAD 3,50,000 in their business venture.
General requirements for business Immigration
Applicants must meet the following criteria (requirements vary for each immigration program listed on this page)
- The applicant must have a minimum net worth of CAD 500,000
- The applicant should be willing to invest at least CAD 300,000 or more in an existing business or a new business
- The applicant must also have at least two years of business ownership or senior management experience within a company
- should submit a viable business plan to IRCC along with the application
