We are having a Visa Success of 95% - 99% (100% from US consulates of Saudi Arabia till date).

We have worked for clients who appeared interview in the US consulates of more than 15 countries, among which majority of the clients were from India, Saudi Arabia, and other Middle East Countries.

Nearly 65% of our candidates whom we had processed and prepared for visa interviews were those whom we never met.

The maximum number of candidates who join us are referrals from our previous candidates.

With our immense experience, we were able to guide and train the candidate with 7 times rejection, to attain the Visa.

One of our challenging experience was guiding a candidate whose visa was canceled and deported from the Port of Entry; reapplied, approved visa and enrolled immediately for the next intake.

We were successful in training candidates who already filed for their green card applied for student visa and were approved the visa in the very first chance itself.

Some of the candidates, who were denied the visa by attending their first chance interview with hidden information’s, were able to attain their visa in the next chance with the proper training provided from us and by revealing all the details that they tried to hide in the first place.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation or rescheduling (Immigration) 

If the client is cancelling the representation of the Company in any means the company would be returning the unused fee as per the conditions in the retainer agreement, if the services are already provided the fees paid is nonrefundable. For initial consultation or after paying for retaining our services , if the client is cancelling or rescheduling the appointment before 2 business days or requesting  a cancellation of engagement for services even before scheduling an appointment, the client will receive a refund after deducting the bank wiring fee and administrative fee of CAD 50 or 10% of the payment amount (Which ever is higher).  If the cancellation is done by the client in less than 1 business day in advance, the client will lose the payment for the consultation. However, the client will be able to re-book another consultation at 50% of the regular cost.  

Cancellation-Study Program Application

If the client is cancelling the representation of the company/withdrawing from further processing further in any means after making the payment and signing up the agreement for the admission process of applying to colleges (In- Canada and out of Canada) the payment is 100% non-refundable.

If the client (In-Canada)  is withdrawing after making the payment and before signing an agreement there would be administrative fee of CAD 100 for the time spent on the refund process and the time spent for consultation of eligible programs and colleges where the client would be possibly get accepted.

 Late

If the client is later over 5 minutes of the appointment time the client will lose the payment for the consultation, but the client would be able to book the consultation for another day at 50% of the regular cost.

Fees charged by Can-America for Consultations with any lawyers or licensed immigration practitioners that we are introducing but who practice independently, the consultation fees are non-refundable at any circumstances. If the client retains any person that was introduced by Can-America, the client must agree to the specific terms and conditions with that lawyer or immigration professional including cancellation of representation and refund policies agreed between the parties.

  Your privacy is protection by the privacy policy of the company and as per the law in Canada. However, by signing up with a lawyer or an immigration practitioner introduced by the company your information would be discussed or shared between the company and the representative that you are signing up with.  The initial consultation is only to provide the information whether you are eligible to apply for any program, how the company would be able to help you with the application and to clarify your doubts if any. By signing up for initial consultation, you are not retaining the company to provide the immigration services until and unless you sign up for the services by paying the professional fee and signing up a retainer agreement.  We are not a law firm representing any law form or attorney. We cannot provide any kind of advice to you about the legal rights in Canada.

GUARANTEE OF SUCCESS

The Company through its Consultants may provide advice about probability of success of immigration matter or application but the Company does not guarantee any particular result as the outcome of immigration matter or application is the sole discretion of the Minister, an Officer, or IRB.  The Company doesn't promise or guarantee success about the outcome and that any suggestions offered by the Company or its Consultants will not constitute a guarantee.

 “Can-America” is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. We may collect the following information. Name, Email, Address, Phone Numbers, Address and other personal information that is relevant to do the assessment of a client profile for immigration or study purpose. We may use the information to send periodical promotional email about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided. From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email or via phone. 

 The information that we collect from our clients is secure, In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure we have implemented suitable physical and electronic procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect from our clients.  We will not share your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law. However, by using our website and services, you agree to permit us to forward your information to licensed immigration consultants and our staff to work on your case to help you with the immigration or study process. 

Policies of the company including privacy policy is dynamic and continually changes. By visiting the website, you agree to check the policy periodically from time to time since you will not receive notification of changes to this Privacy Policy.
