Job description

• Plan and execute seminars/webinars about the programs and their benefits from scratch to bottom.
• Network with Schools, colleges, and Universities and meet key decision-makers and high authority Associates for business Tie-ups.
• Introduce new ideas to help increase lead generation, run campaigns and improve tools and sales processes to ensure the team is successful.
• Carry out department objectives by closely working with the sales and marketing team,  managing staff, planning, and analyzing department activities.
• To carry out outdoor promotions/other field promotional activities planned by the company.
• Identify improvement areas, propose corrective actions that meet challenges, and leverage growth opportunities.
• Strategy improvement and undertaking campaigns that can promote the business and genuine traffic (both online and offline).
• Analyze market opportunities by tracking key payment trends, cardholder behavior, etc., and evaluate them to create strategic recommendations for future business propositions.
• Develop annual and quarterly budgets and standards.
• Ensure the company communicates the right messaging to attract customers and retain existing ones.
• Research trends and new marketing opportunities, brainstorm ideas and systemize search engine development (SEO) in online media.

Employment Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration, Sales/ degree with minimum 3 years) in the same field.
• Lead Generation – Three year experience mandatroy
• Proven experience in networking platforms
• Must be proficient with computers (Emails, MS Office)
• Proficiency in Malayalam and English is a must.
• Knowledge in Tamil, Hindi  or any other language will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong influencing and negotiating skills.
• Should be willing to work in weekend or evening as required.

Salary: 20,000/- to 30,000/- per month
