Applicant’s Future Plans

Once you apply for your Permanent Residence in Canada, wait to quit your job until you receive your PR Card. Do not sell or dispose of your personal possessions and business assets until you land in Canada and officially get the PR Card from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada. Candidates applying for the study program

EDUCUS Overseas Consultants Inc would work on all the school admissions, a sister concern solely for international admissions. EDUCUS is NOT a human resources recruitment agency but an education consultancy providing counselling, guidance, and support for those students seeking higher education. EDUCUS would deliver the services per the agreement signed between the candidates and the company. It is the personal responsibility of the candidate and commitment to ensure that all documents brought/submitted to the embassy/consulate are genuine in every aspect and that Educus shall not be liable for the failure of this agreement and shall not bear the responsibility to compensate for any consequences or losses arising under any of the following circumstances:

• If the student decides to withdraw voluntarily for any reason
• In case of submission of fraudulent documents or trying to provide any false information
• Denial of any truthful information.
• Late submission of any additional documents requested by the company
• Consequences arising out of submission of fraudulent documents by the candidate to the school for Visa application or misrepresentation of facts
• If a candidate is seeking the help of a third party to do further processing once the agreement is signed

Providing admission or rejection of the admission is under the university’s sole discretion, and the company is not liable if the admission is rejected. If the admission is denied by the university/college to which the candidate chose to apply, it is the client’s responsibility to meet the requirements of another university/college of his choice and make the application fee payment for the immediately available intake. The company is only helping the candidate with processing the program that the candidate chooses by providing the necessary information. The candidate is responsible for enquiring about the details (including the accreditation) of the university or college to whom the candidate is applying.

Licensing Process – Regulated Professions in Canada

Licensing procedures of the regulated profession will need the candidate to be in Canada to go through the exam and other procedures to complete the licensing process. Only the first part of the licensing process can be completed by the applicant while being outside of Canada. All the expenses related to this process need to be borne by the candidate; the company can only guide the client for a fee, which the client must pay for the same as well.
